I had a pet-friendly and air-conditioned room with large bathroom. The location was absolutely incredible - ease of access to Harrison Lake Beach Park.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

Fairly clean hotel with accommodating employees upon the manager. Stunning and fantastic location in Harrison Hot Springs, close to East tower over looking the mountains and Canada and the lake. Also, right on the beach.

The location was very central, near lots of shops and restaurants. We were next to the lovely gardens, shore of Harrison Lake, and right by the dock for boat tours. - the breakfast was great value and nice and hot. - Check-in was early. - On the plus side, there was parking outside.

The breakfast provided was great value for money with a variety of options like burgers and an omelette station. Our room was equipped with convenient features like USB ports and a ceiling fan. - the hotel's central location, near Langley and other areas, was a definite plus.

This newly remodelled hotel has a central setting. It's just a short walk to the vaulting ramparts and the Resort's 'Lakeside Cafe. ' the room is pet-friendly and includes a separate bathroom, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge.

Enjoyed our short stay here, just for one day. the place was mostly clean and had some fantastic views! the location was spot on, super close to everything you need 👍.

The breakfast provided good value for money and the room with a balcony was enjoyable, plus the bed was comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at the resort and spa. The weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor activities, and the wibit was a favorite with the kids. Our friends also had a great time, and we enjoyed exploring Hicks Lake, which was just a short drive away. Despite a few minor issues, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.

One specific situation that happened to us was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, there was a pile of hair on the shower floor, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hot springs were amazing and the walk in the temperate forest attached to the resort was stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the beautifully landscaped hot pools. The location was perfect, with every room offering at least a partial view of the lake. The food at the pub was absolutely delicious, and the service was great. The front end reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

Perfect accommodation with helpful staff upon the manager. Unbeatable location near Seven Bridges Trail. Positioned in a quiet area close to bars, Harrison Lake, BC, and the resort's Lakeside Cafe. Early check-in and late check-out available. Parking available outside. Pool bar and very clean pool.

The breakfast at the café offered a variety of options and was worth the price. the room I stayed in had character and was available on the upper floors.

This place has a great location with free parking and is just a short walk away from restaurants, a park, and a tower.

I absolutely loved the hot springs at this hotel. The pools were fantastic, especially the various hot tubs. I also enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations, with a beautiful tree and lights creating a great atmosphere. The staff at the restaurant were cheerful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Not to mention, the location of the hotel by the lake provided a perfect view.

The room was fairly good with a clean carpet and a table tennis setup. the location is favorable in a calm area, right by the patio and restaurant. - the resort's lakeside cafe is open until about 8:15 pm. - Good customer care and convenient parking outside.
